Andy
is a founder and director of sales training and telemarketing
group A&P. The Company specialises in helping a wide range
of business to improve their sales and customers skills and
offers guaranteed results. Recently clients in Blue Circle Cement,
NSK Bearings, Woolworths Group, Hire Intelligence, MinuteMan
Press and several Best of franchises.
Currently
also sales director as telecommunications consultancy Fire
Communications which he co-founded, he is also a founder member
of his local business networking group BNI, is a member of
business networking organisations the Executive Association
of Great Britain and Trafford Enterprises and is a Princes
Trust mentor.
His memberships
include the Institute of Professional Sales, Chartered Institute
of Marketing and Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
He has
previously been UK country manager for wireless internet company
Wap.com, has previous roles in publishing and publishing sales
at Informa-owned Evandale Publishing, William Reed Publishing,
was a freelance writer on food and drink retailing, worked
in Sainsbury's marketing department.

PETER
KLEYN, THE COMPANY COACH

Peter has extensive experience of helping franchisees to succeed
have worked closely with KallKwik and McDonalds.
He originally started White House Training and Development
in 1991 and The Company Coach spun out of this as their clients'
requirements for coaching, development programmes and consultancy
grew.
Peter
is a qualified Master Coach, a member of the Chartered Institute
of Marketing, fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing
Management and member of the International Coaching Federation.
Has has
been the CEO of two startup companies, founded the reseller
network for a top-selling assessment tool and is a former
president of his Chamber of Trade and Commer and President
of Rotary.
His client
porfolio includes Lloyds Bank, SEEBoard and Debenhams.

MARK
SCOTT, NATWEST

|
Mark joined NatWest, now part of the Royal bank of Scotland
Group, in 1982 and has a wide range of experience within the
small business sector, having managed the banks small business
advisers in the City and West End and managed relationships
with national organisations, such as the DTI and Business Links
in previous roles.
He joined
the NatWest Franchise section in 1998 as Senior Franchise
Manager. His role was to keep the bank up to date with changes
to specific franchises and to encourage franchisees to use
the banks services. He was appointed as Head of the NatWest
team in December 2002. In 2005 he was appointed to the Board
of the British Franchise Association for a 2 year period.
More recently, in 2008, he became a Director, Franchise Development
for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, which incorporates both
the NatWest and RBS brands.
Mark is
a regular speaker at various seminars for prospective franchisees
and franchisors, including the British Franchise Association.
He is
married to Elaine with 2 daughters, Danielle and Samantha.

MAGNUS
JARDINE-BROWN, MUNDAYS

Magnus is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department
at Mundays. Mundays is one of the leading franchise specialists
in the UK with over 30 years experience of providing
legal advice to both franchisors and franchisees. Led by Nicola
Broadhurst, the Franchise Team provides a complete franchise
service with expertise in all aspects of franchising including
advising both franchisees and franchisors in relation to franchise
disputes. This forms a considerable area of Magnus practice.
Magnus
has advised several well-known brand names in the franchising
industry and groups of franchisees, conducting litigation
and mediations. He has an excellent record for assisting franchisees
in enforcing their rights in or extricating themselves from
franchise agreements and takes a pro-active and pragmatic
approach towards resolving disputes in a cost effective way.
Magnus
is a skilled commercial litigator who also handles a wide
variety of commercial and contractual disputes for individuals
and companies.
In his
spare time Magnus enjoys reading history, sailing and music.
